Nueva Vida provides immigration consulting services for individuals seeking to relocate to Italy (citizenship, residency, digital nomad visa) or Ireland (study and work program). Our services include advice, document guidance, and process support. We are consultants, not lawyers or legal representatives.
No Guarantee of Outcome
Immigration outcomes depend on government authorities and individual circumstances. Nueva Vida does not guarantee approval of any visa, residency, citizenship application or any other immigration procedure. We commit to providing our best professional guidance, but final decisions rest entirely with the relevant government bodies.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information and documents. Providing false or incomplete information may result in application rejection or legal consequences, for which Nueva Vida holds no liability. You must also meet deadlines and requirements communicated by our team.
Fees and Payment
Service fees are agreed upon before work begins. Fees for completed work are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment schedules and methods are specified in your individual service agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nueva Vida is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
